Ballots were mailed out on Friday, October 19. All ballots must be received (not just postmarked) by Tuesday, November 6 at 7:00 p.m.

If you're going to mail in your ballot, please be sure and use adequate postage. One 41-cent stamp is not adequate. I'd recommend using two of them.
